Terms of Service

At Womb Pics, we strive for customer satisfaction. Below are our terms of service that each customer must agree before our services are performed. Once payment is received, it is assumed by Womb Pics that you are satisified and understand these terms.

Return Policy

Based on the nature of our business, a service business, once services are performed, there is absolutely no returns. Each product, whether CD or DVD, photos, teddy bear, etc. produced cannot be returned because they item has been customized for you, we can no longer sell that item to another customer. All gift, customizable items sales are FINAL.

Refund Policy

As Womb Pics Ultrasound Inc. is a service based business, all ultrasounds performed cannot be refunded. If the results of the service session is unsatisfactory due to the baby's position in the womb, etc., one (1) rescan is offered free of charge at a later date. It is the customers responsibility to request a rescan. However, if Womb Pics deems results of the ultrasound session to be satisfactory, then the rescan request will be denied.

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is made, the customer must stick to the schedule, if payment is made early, you may reschedule at your convenience. A customer must notify Womb Pics of any changes or cancellations with an appointment at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment by calling (631) 946-6400 or emailing info@wombpics.com.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

In some rare cases, if an item requested needs to be customized, it may be shipped to you when customization is complete, we will cover all shipping costs. We will provide tracking information sent to customers email if provided. Shipping is domestic only, we do not ship internationally nor should we ever need to.
